    OOC3d.16Y The Last Man and other Forgotten News ////////////////////////////////////////
First of all I would like to thank everyone who subscribed to our podcast and emailed us over the last week. Second of all I must say that this is my second time writing this post as the first time my browser crashed sweeping away all of my hard work. Some of you may wonder why I do all of my work inside the blog itself. This is only answered by a desire to mutter obscenities at my computer and slowly punch my knee.
shit-fucking-dammit
cock-sucking-fuck-face
Despite the setbacks we will prevail. We are a small podcast, at the moment, but we have large hearts and even larger inflated egos. Step back while we chew glass, drink moonshine and shit large vases.
Sometime news, is intentionally forgotten whether this be intentional or accidental. Case in point, the last two episodes of OOC3d did not get around to discussing a few points I had researched. This could be due to the over abundance of film news and rumors or that Epileptic Peat and George force do not give two flying fucks about Brian K Vaughan news. Y the Last man is a simple story on the death of the male race save for one amateur escape artist and his monkey companion. The comic itself was decent, however, I did not Brian K Vaughan like it as much as my girlfriend who keeps pointing at her Runaways collection with a disapproving look. The adaptation of Vaughan’s story has been rumored to fall on the shoulders of Louis Leterrier (Transporter, Clash of the Titians). Leterrier’s announcement has broken a year silence surrounding the stalled adaptation. Before this, DJ Caruso (Distrubia, Eagle Eye) was rumored to direct the picture along with his trusted sidekick Shia LaBeouff as the main protagonist. Y the Last Man is far from my favorite comic book but it does have a decent story. I personally enjoyed the Transporter series but fail to see how Leterrier’s work will lend itself to such an actionless plot riddled with black humor. There are no krakens, superheroes or fast cars which defy laws of gravity.
Finally, this Christmas, audiences and children everywhere can relive the magic of Orson Wells with Christmas Tails. The movie will feature the voice of Wells telling the story of a dog that saved Christmas. Wells, who recorded the story before his death, gets little say in the adaptation of this tale. I have a few goals in life.
To have my art become famous enough to the point is memorized for a question an art history test;
To die and have my voice strung together to narrate a movie where a dog saves Christmas
To chew glass and shit expensive vases.
I doubt 75% of this audience will appreciate the depth of well’s work outside of citizen Kane and the Transformers animated movie.  Here’s to you Orson and your dancing voice beyond the grave. Well that is going to do it for this retyped post. Please follow us on facebook and get a friend to read listen and learn.
